Chula Island Camp

This pretty camp is located on a secluded island in the Zambezi River and is surrounded by mature Natal mahogany trees.

Accommodation & Facilities
Each of the five comfortable tents have an en suite bathroom with a bucket shower and a flushing loo, and with great views across the Zambezi River. The mess tent is set beneath a wonderful Natal mahogany tree and offers comfortable chairs, a dining table and charging facilities.

Wildlife & Activities
The Lower Zambezi National Park has prolific wildlife which includes lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, waterbuck, impala, wild dog, aardvark and honey badger, and a huge number of birds. Day and night wildlife drives, walking safaris, boat cruises, canoeing and fishing are among the activities on offer at Chula Island Camp, and fly camping is an option for adventurous guests too.
