Laikipia Wilderness Palm Camp

Laikipia Palm Camp has a superb setting beside the Ewaso Narok River in Laikipia, Kenya. The camp is spaced out along the river’s edge and from each part the views are terrific.

Accommodation & Facilities
Palm Camp has four safari tents raised on stilts, with great views over the river and the escarpment beyond. The tents have en-suite bathrooms with flush loos and showers, and big shaded verandahs. The camp has a lovely mess building with a bar, lounge, and dining room. Guests can enjoy the comfort of spacious bedrooms and well-appointed en-suite bathrooms with continuous hot and cold running water, ensuring their comfort 24 hours a day. Elevated on wooden stilts, the rooms offer an enchanting perspective of the Ewaso Narok River, each with a private veranda where guests can immerse themselves in the scenic beauty of the river.

Wildlife & Activities
Palm Camp gives guests easy access to a plethora of river activities such as fishing or swimming. Day and night wildlife drives, walking safaris, mountain biking, and tracking wildlife on foot are also on offer. The resident wildlife includes lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s and common zebra, and plenty of antelopes. The birdlife is also excellent.
