Rhino Ridge
Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge has a prime setting, as the name suggests, perched on a ridge on the edge of Hluhluwe iMfolozi National Park, with superb views of the wilderness. Rhino Ridge is an excellent place from which to enjoy the wildlife of the reserve.
Accommodation & Facilities
Rhino Ridge has 16 rooms of varied grades, including two for a family with two en-suite bedrooms . The rooms all have good views across the reserve, and en-suite bathrooms, fireplaces in the rooms, air-conditioning, wi-fi, plenty of space, and comfortable beds are standard as well. The lodge has a large lounge and dining room, and a big viewing deck outside with an 11 metre infinity pool. There is an onsite spa and a curio shop.
Wildlife & Activities
Hluhluwe Imfolozi is home to large numbers of rhino, along with elephant, giraffe, buffalo, lion, cheetah, leopard and numerous species of plains wildlife. Rhino Ridge arranges morning and afternoon wildlife drives, and walking safaris are available for an additional charge.
Please note: A medical certificate of fitness is required for people of 65 years and older wishing to walk.
