It’s only February and we are delighted to have been shortlisted for two travel awards this year.

The first was Angels & Urchins Family Travel Awards where we were shortlisted for Best Adventure Family Specialist.   Thank you to all our clients who emailed testimonials on our behalf.  Although we just missed the top spot we were delighted to receive the following note from editor, Emily Turner:

I just wanted to say that I got a hugely impressive number of personal recommendations for Aardvark. We took them all into consideration when making our final decision. I hope I replied to each of the recommendations personally but will you pass on my thanks to whoever got their clients moving. It was great to see such a ringing endorsement of what a fab outfit they plainly are!

Hot on its heels comes our shortlisting in the Best Tour Operator category in Luxury Lifestyle Magazine Readers’ Travel Awards.  Voting is open until mid-June, with one lucky voter winning an eight night stay at Eskaya Beach Resort and Spa on the idyllic island of Panglao in the Philippines.  Although we’d always rather keep you in Africa, it looks a lovely spot!
